About this product
A round Pugliese focaccia in the Bari tradition, dressed with peeled tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, and a long-fermentation biga that gives the crumb its open structure. Pre-baked and frozen. Finish in the oven at 220/230°C for around 10 minutes and serve from the wood board.
