About this product
Raw Pugliese bread dough, frozen at -18°C. Thaw for about 3 hours at 25-28°C, shape as desired, prove for 2 hours at around 30°C, then bake to your specification. The same dough used in our pre-baked focaccia and ciabatta, in your hands. For kitchens that want to control the final shape and bake while skipping the mixing and fermentation.
